this will be our first time to TTR and we would like to know what the differences between a boob cruise and a booze cruise are. we would also like to know if there will be a boob cruise going on from the 8th of feb to the 27th. we would just like to hear some stories from people who have been on both the boob and booze cruise and just explain the differences, and if one is better to go on then the other :icon_biggrin: and again thanx to everyone who replies to this everyone on this site is so amazing cant wait to see some of u there at the resort
The 'Boobs Cruise' is the cruise run just for people from this forum, we run them whenever we get enough people. Considering we need at least 25 they dont happen every week, but Feb is a busy time so chances are good for one during your stay. But I'll take a look at numbers for Feb when we hit Jan. Our cruise is a full day out and is aboard a catamaran which we take over to Isla Mujeres and includes lunch, open bar, snorkeling etc. For an idea of what's in store please see our video: [ame=""]YouTube - Booze Cruise Cancun There are several other companies that run similar cruises to the Boobs Cruise including the hotel itself. However, their cruises usually include people from other hotels and sometimes kids so are not as adult in nature as ours are -they also work out to be more expensive and don't have as many different things on the itinerary as ours. The term 'Boobs Cruise' was coined by someone because ladies often go topless (and occasionaly bottomless), although there is no pressure to do so. The hotel also run a Friday evening booze cruise which is a totally different event. This is a two hour cruise around the lagoon and then a stop for dinner and drinks before making your own way home.
Last year there was a fabulous cruise on Sunday February 28th. I recall there not being enough people earlier in the week but being plenty towards the end of the last week. That would be February 27th in 2011. We hope it happens as it looks likely we will be there feb 23 to march 1st. Working on one last sitter. I have some pics in our profile album. I see several of you depart on Sunday the 27th this year. Maybe Friday the 25th would work. You don't want to do it on Saturday (best pool day with real dj) or on Thursday (lingerie night). After the cruise you likely won't be in the best condition to do much else. I recall playing a couple post cruise ladies only games of twister (definitely a highlight of the trip, may need to bring one of those on the boat next time) but then needing to pray to the porcelain gods instead of visiting pattyo's. Oh the memories!
where in for the 25th if thats a date everyone can make. cant wait to get down there and partake in all the events and just have a grand time as well we are getting the jacuzzi room so if anyone ever needs to warm up or wants to have a dip our room will be open to all
