Well man, I paid $3200 from Montreal, if I had to fly there with the wife it would have been an additional $1628 for flights and $200 for 2 nights in a hotel, which is $5028...so you really have me beat in vacation price. I am driving to Montreal, so I will save about $1000 off that price, but I have to drive the 15 hours to get there...so you still have me beat!
I hear of all these great deals all the time but all my NYE vacations always cost 4 to 5 thousand. I usually stay at the high end hotels though. So if your Canadian wanting to sun your buns for NYE and don't want to spend half your time in airports. Be prepared to pay because your not going for a thousand to 1500 if your single. I'm sure someone will dispute this but for me time is money and how long do you want to shop around.

I had to laugh at this..I checked Orbitz to see what the price would be for your dates from Tampa. The only rooms available are gardenview for $2,500. or oceanview for $24,000.! Twenty-four thousand dollars! I'm guessing that the resort must be very full for New Years at that price!artyhorn:

We paid $2400/person for 2 weeks direct from Victoria. It's the cheaper than what we paid 6 years ago for 1 week! Love it! We're hoping to upgrade to a jacuzzi room when we check in. D
