I guess this means I'll need to take my mp3 player this year now, and just when I thought I was finally packed!
thongqueen I am with you. I work out everyday of my vacation. It's how I start the day and used to love running in Cancun too but the knees have seen better days. The gym has two steppers two threadmills, a recumbent bike, and a stationary bike. The also has barbells, free weights ( with alot of them missing), a ball and matts plus bands. It also has a chest press, bench and may still have a Lat pull down machine. Hope that helps. It is adequate to get a good workout in daily. I used to lap the three pools running and then head upstairs to the gym to do weights.
A lot of people don't realize that working out on a regular basis produces endorphins, that make you feel good. Isn't that what TTR is all about?
We try to hit the gym in the mornings... I think it helps wake me up, not to mention I've worked hard to get into 'Cancun shape' and like to maintain it a little. Sounds like the view might be worth getting up for?!?!
Well there is a little motivation for at least heading to the Gym and taking a Look around :icon_wink:
Seriously? I run a marathon and everyone just wants to sit in the back watching my sweet glutes bounce rythmacially up and down? :icon_confused:
