We are going to Temptation next Wednesday and I know I posted about this before, but I'm looking at the 10 day forecast And it says that its suppose to be "showers" rain thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday"!!!!! This can't be possible. I'm so afraid our entire trip Will be a wash out.
Don't worry I've been there 3 times in just over a year, I always look at the weather forecast and stress out because it always says rain, showers and thunder showers. The most recent trip in October had the Hurricane warnings, but nothing happened !!! We had just a few sprinkles of rain, certainly nothing to ruin the fun Have a fabulous trip, I'm sure you will :aktion030: Sandy
Thank you so much. Makes me feel a little better. I'm stressing so much. This is our first trip together out of the country and just want everything to be perfect. I would hate to br stuck in the room all day.
Don't worry about the weather. We have been to Cancun a lot of times and only have had one trip that was not so good due to the weather, and it was a three night trip where the weather was great the day we arrived and great the day we left. Saying that, I don't think we have ever been to Cancun where it did not rain at all. The rain is usually for a short time and usually does not even run people away from the pool.
I have actually been in cancun and turned on the weather channel down there and it would say that it's currently raining. Not a dark cloud anywhere. I have also seen it pour very hard.....but not for long. I think that because somewhere in the area, there is a quick storm, they post Rain for today.
There is no reason you should be stuck in your room unless that's where you want to be. Even in the rain people are out wandering around the resort. The last time we were there it rained one day...I have no memory of that day after 3pm. I know from witness accounts that I had a very good time.
for t's 40th we did a cancuncare Boobs Cruise (key word boobs) the friday morning we woke up it was raining and it rained most of the day that day on and off i may be the only one who actually remembered all the rain - but the truth is it really did not matter :lotsofmichaelfs:
I have been to Cancun several times over the past 9 years and it can rain at any moment but it goes as fast as it comes! No one seems to let it stop their fun!
