Welcome to the cool crew! They have some great celebrations for NYE. They usually have a theme (still waiting for it to be announced). The food is fantastic, the have entertainment all over the resort, a dance, champagne and grapes at midnight. The entertainment staff usually takes a bus load downtown as well but we've always had such a great time at the resort we just stay there. This will be our first Christmas there (we arrive around 3pm on the 25th), so not sure what happens for dinner on that day. Diana
The buffet is unbelievable on xmas eve! ...xmas day is pretty much the norm, sun, food and booze.. This will be our first NYE and sooo looking forward to it!...

I just got an email from the Temptation resort on the NYE party theme and it's Temptation Red Light Zone. Based on Amsterdams red light district. I will be looking on the internet for helpful hints on suitable attire.
Red Light Zone ???? What would someone wear?? I don't know anything about the Amsterdam Red Light District other than the prostitutes?? I hope someone can help me on this one
I've been searching hundreds of pictures on Amsterdam's Red light District and woman in lingerie yes lots of choices but for guys not so much. I did see one guy with a G string suspender thing but I just don't see me in that. So I have expanded my search to Amsterdam as a whole and it has a pretty cool culture with some extravagant outfits. So I'm thinking of something early 1900's with lost of red in it.:huh: I'm sure TTR will give us more insight into their theme plans when we get closer. But for now lets let our imaginations run wild on our dress attire.
