    Hey everyone. It doesnt look like we are going to get enough people to run this trip. Its a lot of work for Steve & he needs at least a week to plan & prepare (totally understand Steve - thanks for letting us try!). Next time we will get started earlier!

    But the good news is we will all be in Cancun in short order! See you TTR people soon!

    No need to give up just yet, if we can get 25 people together before say 20th October we can go ahead. I do think it will be difficult, but am quite happy to be proved wrong :) I count the roll call as 2 people per username, but we already have groups of 4 and 6 expressing interest, so maybe I underestimated how many people will be around that date.

    The week in advance thing is not so much the planning on my part its more so that everyone knows for sure. For some a cruise might be towards the end of their stay and since they'll most likely be away from the Internet once in Mexico I need to be sure they know whether it's a go or not before they leave home.

    i would be interested in going on the boose cruise, but it is the day after my birthday...so i may need someone to wake me up since i know there r no alarm clocks in the rooms...and sorry i am traveling solo...but know some others that r gonna be there at the same time that may be interested in going also...so i will check and send them a pm and see if they r interested...that would be 3 more if soo...how much is the cost again so i can let them know,cuz they get there this mon and i am not there till sat...so i would have to let them know soon if they r game...thx...charlene

    We might have 4 ppl interested but we won't be able to commit until after we arrive at the resort. One of the couples we're travelling with is leaving to go home that day and the other couple is splitting their time between TTR and another resort and are somewhat last-minute planners so it's difficult to decide anything in advance.

    However, last year we were also trying to get a booze cruise together and ran into the same problem and didn't have enough people to pull it together. So instead we ended up getting 8-10 couples and rented a catamaran at the marina at TTR who took us over to Isla Mujeres for some snorkeling. I'm sure it wasn't was wild and crazy as Steve's booze cruise, but it was still one of our favorite parts of our trip.

    well didn't hear back from my other friends and i think they r leaving in a few hours...so don't count me in. it is hard to get enough together,maybe another time if we start a thread sooner next time maybe...:aktion069: c u soon...charlene
