Both sides of the singles debate have valid points. I have gone down to TTR the past two february's solo. Both times that I have gone I have met some amazing people, quite a few I still keep in touch with. I don't think I ever had made anyone feel uncomftable with me being there. LoL and if I have Herbert must of really been doing his job well because I have no memory of it. One of the main reason's I go to TTR is because of the 21 and older policy and how easy going everyone is there. I think it would be a shame if TTR is intentionally trying to eliminate singles. But I do agree every year I see a group of single guys show up not really doing the research expecting it to be a meat market. This is why I tell my single guy friends they can't come with me lol.
Funny, graduated college 25 years ago and most of my freinds are either single again after failed marraiges or wish they were single.....
Personally if that's your thing I'm fine with it, I even experimented a little with marriage in college.
I hear ya there, it was all around me after school, my friends were doing it... Went to parties where people that were there ended up doing it, but I have my self control and told myself I was better then that and I wasn't going to lower myself by saying, well everyone is doing.... I mean damn if friends jumped off a bridge would I ... ugh Marriage HAHAHA
