Good Question! Are you asking from the perspective of the man, or the woman? I usually wear the board shorts, but was considering doing something a little different this time...
I have board shorts and square cuts. I personally don't care what I wear. However my wife loves the square cuts and the response that I get from other women when I wear them I believe they love them on me too. But, whatever you choose to wear, wear them with confidence. You feel good in them you can look good in them.
i hate board shorts. they are klingy and take forever to dry. i have never worn square cut in public, only in the hot tub. i plan on wearing them at TTR this year however. there are so much more comfortable then board shorts. who cares right
Women may have a different perspective than we do. I'm taking board shorts and maybe 1 pair of square cuts when we go.
I have found that around february Old Navy and Kohls comes out with a good selection of shorts and I usually find a good cross between board shorts and square
Gotta admit... I didn't even know what square cut meant, and had to google it. I've been wearing the same boardshort swimsuit for probably five years now. I agree that they take WAY too long to dry, which would probably be why I usually don't wear a suit in our hot tub! I'm gonna check with Angie and see if she would like me to go with a more "form-fitting" option. Given all the ridiculous things I'm asking her to wear at TTR, she probably deserves to pick something out for me!
I started wearing square cut at home in the hot tub for a couple of reasons and the thought of wearing boardshorts again just does nothing for me...just cant stand them. I am bringing both but hope to leave the Boardshorts in the room. Wife likes them so its a win win for us.
