Okay...I've been glued to weather.com. I noticed Karl will have an impact on Cancun. Just wondering what is the weather like, what is expected, and after he passes; was there any affect on the resort/area. Thanks! 2 more weeks til paradise.
The storm is about as close to us as it will get right now, and is quite a bit further south than anticipated (approx 200 miles). We're getting isolated showers and apart from the occasional gust of maybe 20 mph there's next to no wind. There's even a fair bit of blue sky around. Karl is a nobody
We have friends staying near Playa del Carmen for their honeymoon (they were'nt the types to try temptations.... lol). Hopefully the weather there isn't too bad.
