Think you mean Juan; yes, he was great. Unfortunately, I had heard he was no longer there. And when we were there in April, we didn't see him in a couple meals at that restaurant. But he was super competent and very friendly.
Good TR. I actually got nailed on the towel retun once as well, but I threw homeboy a $5 bill and got it all resolved and he did actually say gracious, but just a different approach to a flawed policy.
