I've just updated the Sept roll call and I doubt we are going to have enough people to propose any more dates for September. From w/c 20th we have about 20 people from the forum at the resort so even if everyone wanted to go then it wouldnt be enough as we really need 25 min preferably 30. Of those 20 there are some who have decided not to go on the 17th so my guess is they wouldnt go on a different date either. Sorry all, it's always tough at this time of year to get the numbers required together.
Well, we are at 10 people for the 17th. I need to close this off by the end of the week and decide one way or another. Since we need at least 25, have to say it's not looking promising.
