    Franco,

    Any recommendations?

After spending ~4 months in Munich between September 2009 and now, have made a lot of friends there, so looking forward to reconnecting with them...but also looking forward to the party!

    Angie,

Maybe next year :) This has been on my list for years...and finally the stars have aligned...

    Steve

Nope, this is my first time! One of my friends is getting married 10/10/10, so we figure we'll also turn this into a bachelor party for him.

    Any recommendations?

yeah, just found the tickets for last year ... we only went for 5 days and booked up - personally i'd look in to booking tents so you guarantee seats, worked out about 35 euros per person per tent and for that you get 3 hours of drinking, food, and a couple of steins of beer (you pay once you've done that!)

Hippodrom - really good tent, lively, great fun
Kafers - this was my favourite, can't really remember a huge amount about it though
Ochenbraterei - not the best, bit too family orientated (but that might have been because we had a midday day drinking slot, and we were all feeling like dirt from the night before)

Word of advice, they don't have too many public toilets in the grounds, only in the tents and the germans don't take too kindly to people having a whizz in the streets, other than that, we have and have always had a great time there, i'm sure you will too!

Danke schoen...will let you know what I can end up doing! Am curious to see how much more-in-trouble this ends up versus the standard Cancun Spring Break. Will be sure to include a trip report and/or some photos at the end ;-)
