Hi was at the old blue bay getaway, thinking of going september 16th. Does anyone know if there will be alot of people at the resort then?
No, there won't be anyone there. Everyone leaves on the 13th. You'd better get there sometime between the 6th and the 13th. Oh, no....maybe that's just us.
I know dumb question, what im really asking is ill be going with a buddy of mine were two single guys in our mid 30's should it be a good time?
We are going to be there August 31 - Sept 5th. We are a group of 12 from Chicago and we are all in our late 20's & early 30's. We are all couples, but we are good time and excited to meet good people, coupled or single, so if you are considering that time frame...see ya at the bar guys!

slow season? hello we were there last nov. during ida. first couple of days were slow but fun. after that it cleared up and things started happening. i hope there isnt any tropical storms this year, but we always make the best of any situation.
I have been checking the weather everyday and honestly, I really hope that it will be Sunny at least a couple days we are there! My group of friends is really hoping for a tropical vacation with sun and it would be a bummer if it was more of a tropical storm! Also, who wants to travel all the way to Mexico to sit inside and drink, right!? But then again, we'd be in Mexico and not at my desk at work! LOL! :bandit:
Last year, I went in November. It happened to be the day after the hurricane was scheduled to go right past Cancun. It was raining as my plane landed, pouring! But by the time, I checked into my room it was over. And the forecast was for 70% chance of rain everyday for the next week. Never happened! One day was cloudy and if it rained once, it was only for a few minutes!
