Thanks Gonzo. Unfortunately they didnt show my model. Ben and Life: Ok, so I opened it up today, just to have a look and to get an idea. The RAM was located under the keyboard, so very easy to get to. I noticed one thing though: It appears that I would have to get two different RAM`s, since they are located opposite each other(bear with me, my English is not helping me at the moment, hehe) - they seem to be "mirrored" and I tried to use the existing one(right hand side) and place it on the left slot, but it wont fit. It would "fit" if I turn it upside down, but I assume it wouldnt work that way, haha So next step: Do they sell them "mirrored"(hope you understand how I mean...)??
You can flip them.. they have a little notch that prevents you from installing them incorrectly... "mirrored" is just the design many laptops use so they don't have to make two separate connectors, but that doesn't mean you have to get two types of RAM, just have one facing up and one facing down... that's how its designed..
dude just got in from a few drinkies so won't comment to much but all Ram should fit each otheron a laptop, if it dosnt fit then dont try!. On Dell laptops ones behind the keyboard bottomm and ones on top of it. and yes Crucial is some of the best ram you can get. Also just to add www.compumaya.comis the place that sold me a internal 500gb SATA HD for 1076 Peso, thats cheaper then England. Its who I have emailed about your ram. Alan is the one who deals with me via email but he vocaly speaks little English. Hope this helps, need sleepness as work at 11am!.
Sorry just to add, turning it upside down is fine. They just have labels one side. it makes no difference. if it dosn't fit upside down just keep well away as its probley your wifi card or sommthing.
Life: Thanks for that! (Sorry for all the "A,B,C" questions.. Really appreciate all the advice) Ben: Oh no, I would never force it. I just got a bit confused about the way to mount them
