Back before the election all we heard was that the Bush tax cuts only benefited the rich. Obama's whole campaign was based on that premise and the sheep in the media continued with that claim. Now what do we hear? Starting in 2011 when those tax cuts expire we will ALL be receiving a tax increase. Funny how the politicians and their media puppets didn't notice the cuts that went to the lower brackets two years ago, but now have to face the reality that everyone will have to pay. Consider the fact that if someone is in a 10% bracket, they will have a 50% increase in their taxes. But, hey, the tax cuts only benefited the rich, right?
With a 14 TRILLION DOLLAR NATIONAL DEBT, anybody that actually believed Obama when he promised ONLY those making $250K and above, would receive a tax increase… Needs to sign-up now for a lobotomy before the huge Obamacare price increases… :bash:
Unfortunately the majority of the voters believe this scam that the democratic party pulled on the American public and is still trying to get a way with. Hopefully they will wake up by November just a bit to possibly change the majority in the house and senate and then have these things reversed. Or they will be stuck with Obamacare and its excessive expense that they have no clue is coming right at them.
I assume you mean DEBT.... otherwise HOLY CRAPOLIE!!! I really think Steve should start a "political" section so you can all get your politicking on... :announce::deadhorse::aktion061:
Focusing on political figures and parties while whining about paying taxes to support the operation of the national government- including income taxes as low as 15% which must be the lowest in the world already- suggests to me that the seriousness of the problems facing the country may not be fully appreciated What we need to do is to turn our attention to identifying the problems and implementing workable solutions- and they run much deeper than whether we pay 10% or 15% as a minimum on our net taxable income or which personality sits in the Oval Office
