MAY 2011 Looking Expensive From The UK But We'll Be There

I would do May in a second again in 2011 but nothing yet , Flying out of Nova Scotia , we need to get the chartered direct flight or end up taking an extra day flying to Toronto.

 

Thankfully we can fly direct - it takes so long to get there we couldn't handle a stop over as well lol x

 

Just checked with Caribbean Warehouse and they are infact £90 more for the time we are looking at (end March) - both deals with same Thomas Cook flight.

Just shows you need to check!

Also discovered that although Cosmos are now doing Temptation it is only during the Summer (May- Oct).

 

i think you guys make a great point

you have to constantly look for the best rates and if i may add you have to plan well in advance so that you have plenty of time to find the best deals as things constantly change

when t and i first started looking into our late april 2011 trip to tempation cabos it was looking like about 3,000 total for 9 days/8nights

we book now for 2,000 total for same 9 days/8 nights

Hey guys we booked with Thomas Cook directly, I told them I had a good price on the internet and they got me a better deal than what we were looking at. 14 nights flying direct from Gatwick on Easter Sunday £2,200 all in, which is in fact better than we paid for this year. The only thing we dont get this time is premier flights as the aircraft is apparently going to be revamped! More legroom etc, so they are getting rid of premier class. Oh we also got 20kg of luggage as well.

It pays to go into your local Thomas Cook and try and be cheeky It worked for us We rather book early as it gives more time to pay

Hello all, we have only been to BBG once, and that was back in October 2005. We had a blast with the "wankers" and enjoyed meeting Jamie & Frank (fbjr1). We are thinking about going in May 2011. We have never been to Desire, but our thinking is to split our vacation between the two resorts. Have any of you done that?

We looked at it for May 2010 but it was so expensive to book Desire from the UK that we didn't bother. To be honest we had such a good time at TTR that we are now glad we didn't. For 2011 we have booked TTR May 1st - 14th and didn't even look at Desire as we had such a good time :xyxthumbs:

Hi guys. :huh: refresh our memories....

 

Hey Frank & Jamie, we met you two Oct 2005. We are the couple from Tulsa, OK. You had those large QuikTrip cups, and we chatted about how the company is based out of Tulsa. We were going to meet up with the two of you, Jamie's sister, and her boyfriend later that night at Senor Frogs. Theresa didn't feel well, and we decide to stay at the resort that night.

We haven't been back to Cancun since 2005. We had plans of going again in May 2006, but earlier that year, Theresa was diagnosed with breast cancer. It was a pretty rough couple of years, but everything went well, and she is doing fantastic.

 

I have been checking Skoosh and they are not listing TTR. Last year we saved a bunch of chips. I am hoping they post something for February of '11.
