    discounts

I just checked Wet n Wilds website and it quoted $49 for adults. I have an fm3 and was planning on taking the son of our mexican family and his friend in August. I was hoping for the 50% discount-but would settle for the 350 pesos. Will the boys(adult price as they are 15)need an ID for the discount? And exactly where is wet in wild located-I will be coming from Playa del Carmen. Thank you !

Wet n Wild is at the far end of the hotel zone. Well, er, if coming from Playa it's the close end I guess. Take the turn into the HZ from the airport and it will be a couple of kms down on the right, can't miss the slides and signs. Call them and ask about their rates, they didn't publish the weekend discount on their page. If it's not across the board and is a local's price, the boys will need their ID.

I understand wet and wild costs 350 for locals (not bad!), but that doesnt include food. and you cant bring your own food into the park (i think they search bags when yuo enter)

Got 15% off at Pat O'Briens, which was then added back as the tip. The service was great and I probably would have tipped more. I had to show a local ID.

15% off PO's prices is a lot of dough. $90 for a large draft beer.
