It's now July 1, and the only effect we're now experiencing from Alex is just a little more wind than normal. The weather this time of year will be characterized by the occasional, brief, sometimes heavy rain- like you would expect to find anywhere in the tropics. It's hot, humid, and sunny, for the most part. The problem with online weather forecasting is that, because of the occasional shower the forecasts are always for a chance of a thunderstorm and rain, making it appear rainier than it actually is.... I'm planning to go to the beach early this AM, before it gets too hot! ____________________
