not sure about being robbed but hey man what a great recovery by the usa.
once again a dull and dreary match by engerland in fact very poor only decent player on the park was algerias bougherra who plays for glasgow rangers.
keep a close watch on both chile and argentina for the later stages oh and by the way the usa still look good for the next stage as do slovenia......what say you steve gulp!!!!!!!

That is the worst i have ever seen England play! disjointed, couldn't stop giving the ball away, couldn't hit the target and disturb the bird sat on the Algerian goals, but worst of all Rooney has had both his legs transplanted with two stilts!!!!!
What happened to the team that qualified so easily? On second thoughts don't answer that.

USA were robbed of a perfectly good third goal. What a comeback.

US were robbed. You won't see that ref again. Time to vent. I'm Colombian and Marlene is German so last few cups have been tough cause Colombia hasn't even made it in. This one is especially tough cause even playing in their first cup in that continent, African teams have 1 win and 5 losses. South Americans have 5 wins and no losses. How does Africa get 6 teams in and SA only 5.

USA vs Slovenia: Fantastic comeback by the US. As for the disallowed goal, there was nothing wrong with it. USA should have won 3:2 and currently be top of the group. Looks like the ref is suspended from officiating any further games, and quite right too. Probably the best game of the Cup so far. Who said football is boring?

England vs Algeria: Extremely poor performance by many of the best paid players in the World, and probably the most boring game I've watched so far. No creativity against a team determined to defend. Great individual players, poor team. Les, please point me to the post where I said we would win it. You dont stop supporting your team just because they have bad game - as you should know as a Liverpool fan (English club) LOL

In this group it all goes down to the last game, and any team in Group C can still qualify. I fancy England to actually perform to their potential against Slovenia and qualify to the next round.

As for those who revel in England's lacklustre performances so far, well think of France Italy and Spain too, even Germany look wobbly after a good first game. And just think of how badly you would have done had you actually managed to make it that far :) Oh and I note we beat Scotland by 7 wickets the other day in a one day International. I'm sure we beat Wales at something recently too, we usually do ;)

2 more wins for the South Americans. The short passing game from the more technical sides are having a much easier time adjusting to the very bouncy ball in that altitude. Long ball, physical teams are having a much tougher time. Paraguay, Uruguay, and Chile have all looked better than they really are due to their opponents looking bad.

good point my man and very well observed if england had picked up on that then they may well still have a chance of qualifying.
those points were picked up by one of englands goalies prior to going to s africa shame nobody listened to him.
maybe they would not be in the position they are now.
