This is the only thing I've found that works, a brazilian friend gave me a few tablets and I was 100% well within like 20 minutes...crazy expensive ordering online as they are cheap in Brazil, but might be worth it. Hangover prevention and cure. ENGOV we trust. Otherwise, we try not to mix and I never drink "fruity" drinks as that not only makes me sick, gives me a wicked hangover too...so I usually stick to Vodka and Club soda w/ twist of lime..LOL yeah I know, hard to do at TTR, and I probably wont follow my own advice as they have SO many yummy drinks and shots..
exactly, for every 2 drinks with alcohol drink 1 glass of water, do this all day long and you can drink all day long with no hangover.
My husbands rule was always to just start drinking as soon as he got up. He would tell me that if u did it that way, your body doesn't know if its hungover, drunk, or just getting drunk again. lol....it worked for him for all of our trips. :daveandmo:
I second that.. Was on a all week bender a few years ago and after waking up and tasting black liquorish I knew it was bad. Found out a few hours later on our way to Chicago that it was Jager shot after shot for my birthday the night before with PM5K. I was finally able to eat some KFC to get a base for more Jack that night with Zombie this was only day/night 2 of 6 and the festivities continued for 3 more nights next with Kittie, then another with PM5K before getting cut short at about 1:30 am after Jackyl when a deer killed our ride making us miss Zombie that evening in DesMoines. We called it Hellweek it was a bitch. Besides the result 'Midwest Metal - 2007' calendar sometimes I still wonder why, why the hell did we do it?
Wow...what a night. I don't like the after taste stuff the next day either. I always joke something about a smurf or a leprechaun doing something that I didn't have control over. Just saw you are from DBQ....I'm only about an hour or so away. I'm in Urbana. Making any trips to Cancun soon?
June 28 - July 2 our 5th trip. We had to cancel our last trip in 2009 because of our daughter. but that is all good now and she is going to camp that week so we are going to Cancun. That will be another fun one. DBQ to Boone, Boone to DBQ, DBQ to Moline, Moline to Cancun ahhhh... drink... drink... drink... drunk... Cancun to Moline, Moline to DBQ, DBQ to Boone, Boone to DBQ and rest.. we might need another vacation just thinking about all that driving.
i have taken pain aid. its caffine and asprin. works really well. besides drinking water thoughout the day i take it to bed at night, and try to get at least 32 oz. down before i get up. walla no dehydration
