Last December by the sexy pool, when I said to a Canadian in my heavy New York accent that I was from New York, she said "wow, we are complete opposites, I put the Ay after every sentence and you say Ay before every sentence". Still makes me chuckle.
I think some people need to remember, that different bodies are attractive to different people and for different reasons. I know that VERY few women like the way I look ,too much muscle, plus I'm 6-2 so it's kind of overwhelming to the average sized woman. And although I am slimming down from where I was extremely muscular, I'm really only concerned about how I feel about ME and that my wife likes the way I look. At the end of the day when the sun goes down, the only woman I need to impress is my wife, cause she's the one I want to take back to the room!
Are you kidding.... I was looking and wondering about your avatar, and going to make a smart ass comment .. then checked your profile, your both very beautiful... you for one have an amazing smile/grin.. Wow... So I know I for one wouldn't be looking at just your muscles/body... you have a wonderful face. The kind of face that someone wants to know...I for one think you could have it a bit wrong, maybe people want to meet you but are intimidated?? just a thought And your right... love the one your with. The only person I have to impress is my husband.
I agree there are all body types at TTR, but nothing wrong with caring about how you look and striving to look better and healthier...Were both working out every day (22 days till TTR!), him because he wants to build and me because I want to be comfortable and confident in a swimsuit, so it's more about how *I* feel about myself and of course I want my man to love how i look (not that he doesnt already lol).
Yeah, the avatar is stupid. I need to change that!!! You mentioned the intimidation, which I think is somewhat true, and another reason I avoid wearing clothing that shows my physique. Once I start talking to people, it takes only seconds for them to forget about what I look like and usually a great conversation erupts, along with much laughter!!! BTW, I'm sure you do impress your husband! Thanks for the kind words!
