Hello everyone We are looking at taking some friends to TTR and wondered if anyone that was a couple brought another couple with them another time. The couple we are thinking of bringing are a lot of fun but wondered if there was any advice out there on the topless thing. For sure our friend has never gone topless (or even considered it) and I think my wife would refrain from going topless if we do go together. It is easy or at least easier to go topless around people you don't know or at least you don't know from home. That would go for my wife and her friend.:flash::flash: My wife told her friend there was topless there and her friend said she did not mind that so much but she would not lay out topless. That is easy to say I think not having been there and I truly don't care either way but wanted to hear if other have done this and how did it go.
Do your friends drink??> Seems to work at our house, friends are topless and more ... often.... it works like magic. (but we do have a pool and hot tub, helps a little)
Ok you got me there, yes they drink and a pool and a hot tub would help a lot. lol I guess all will be fine when you look at it from your perspective.
A & JC I think you should see how it goes. I get your thread, if we went with another couple i think the girls would be reserved. ODDLY if the husbands left for the day, the girls would probably go topless. Maybe it's just a comfort level. ***MAYBE A BOOZE CRUISE WOULD HELP...
From our experience / t and I only ask our friends who would not be offended by her being topless If we think we can't be ourselves around them then we don't ask them to come because we are not going to be able to have much fun if we have to worry about how they may or may not act now granted 95 percent of our friends are not judgemental - we still have a few very close friends we would not invite because it might male them uncomfortable to see t's rack rob
We're arriving with 12 others , I know 6 of them well and 2 I've met once or twice and 4 I've never met. I don't know the agenda, don't know who's going topless , nude , whatever. I'm on vacation and I don't care what they do and won't hold them to anything when I get back either . The idea of us going in a bigger group is that we don't have to worry what a few think because there's a bunch of others and everyone will be doing their own thing anyway !
We brought friends with us on two different trips. Brought our craziest friends on one of our first TTR trips and they were miserable the whole time, and they were suspicious and paranoid the whole trip. We must not have drank near enough or something. We brought another couple with us a year of so later and had an incredible time. No tan lines, booze cruise, etc. My buddy brought along a pair of incredibly ugly knee high white socks with the stripes on top. He told the gals that if they wore their tops he was going to wear the socks, and no one wanted to see that.
You know the 1st the 1st time we went, my wifey said, "Todd, there is no way in hell I am taking my top off." Within 3 hours, she had her top off and loving it. So just go with the flow and enjoy.
We've never been to TTR so obviously havn't brought friends there.......but have had friends take "adult" vacations with us in the past. We've always talked it out first so that we all understand what to expect..................and when it comes right down to it......you don't know how people are going to react until they are in the situation. We've had some very vanilla friends surprise the hell out of us with how wild they got.....and some friends that said going to Haulover in FL and then Key West were miserable..........just try to talk it out...be honest with them and askthem not to judge you for your vacation behaviors.........good luck.
