You have to remember that North America is a hell of a lot more prudish than Europe. There is still a large amount of "shame" involved in nudity. If you ban them they will still come.
I got to tell you I am not pleased with the abundance of cameras.......but truly......even the people in that video can't recognize themselves.....quality is poor
