They say smoking is harder to quit than Heroin or Crack, I don't know if it is true, but it is a struggle, keep it up.

I quit myself in 2000, I quit for 7 years, in 2005 I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, very uncomfortable. While dealing with it and learning all about it, I found out that non-smokers have this condition 2 to 1 over smokers, ex-smokers have it 7 to 1 over smokers, research scientists don't know why.

Anyway, as my symptons progressed it made it that much easier to justify starting up again. However then I got hooked again and now I was a person with Ulcerative Colitis and a smoker, a lot of good that did.

Last year I quit for 3 months and then started up again, I have just recently quit again, I think it was January 30th, I am on 2-zyban's a day for the next 3 months, it helps, but I don't ever want to say I have quit because it is so easy to start again.
