    Signed off and faxed an agreement for this for the weekend of August 20th. The Hotel will hold 10 rooms for us in a separate wing of the building up until July 20th. Give them a call and mention Cancuncare so that we will all be together.

    I have an electronic copy of the agreement I faxed off if anyone wants it in order to have rates, phone numbers, contacts, etc,

    Loking forward to seeing everyone
