I did Nine (12 ounce curls) last night....and I was feeling strong , so I extended my workout to include, Thighs, Wings, Breast ......and to add weight to them I put Buffalo sauce on them , so that they were heavier upon lifting.....Hope that works
I'm a curvy girl by nature...and that's cool with me. I gained a lot of weight over the past year. Since Christmas I managed to drop 12lbs with diet alone (vegan and gluten free for the most part). Now that it's almost time to hit the beach, I'm hoping to drop a dress size or two in the next 5 weeks. I guess I'll be making friends with the treadmill and free weights. Luckily, I'm naturally tanned!
Tried it awhile back. Short workouts but, intense. I was sore for days the first time. Lol! I work out every day so it surprised me; using different muscles. I adopted some of the moves and incorporated them into my regular routine and enjoy the change!
I'm 37 now, when I get there in June I'll be 38.I'm doing the P90X workout to hopefully get in shape by the time we get there. I need to turn my party ball into at least a 4-pack.
what's funny is that both me and the missus lose weight while we're at TTR, no matter how much we eat or drink. Each time we went to Cancun, we both came back about 5lbs lighter than when we went.
Wow!!! Those 22oz curls were rugh tonight. I can really feel them in my arms... And in my head... wow am I drunk.....Forget working out!!!! keep driniing....
