I know it's sad but I (les) usually train two or three times a day while we're at TTR. I find it breaks the day up and I don't feel too guilty about what I'm drinking. I never weigh myself because I don't care how much I weigh. I have a pair of jeans I like and if they don't fit then I know I need to lose some weight. Lynfa can eat & drink as much as she likes and she still stays slim............really not fair

I hate watching what I eat... I love PASTA!!!!!! And Big Fat Juicy Cheeseburgers.... I'm not going to make my 6 pack, I can already tell. Wednesdays are Buffalo Wild Wing nights too. With tall 22oz beers.... Why is everything that is bad for you taste so good????
We have been doing p90x to lose some weight before our first trip in may. So far karen has dropped 13lbs and ive lost 17lbs in about 6 weeks. The program is about 130 dollars but a friend found it on ebay for 60 if anyone wants to give it a try.
P90x is a set a videos that you do at home. Its 6 days a week and about a hour each. You wont need nothing but a pull-up bar and a couple dumbbells. Also it comes with a diet laid out for your weight and goals which takes the guess work out of it. Definitely not easy but works
I gotta give another plug for the workout blog we use. www.bodyrock.tv Somebody give one of her workouts a shot and let me know what you think. Some are 12 minutes, some are 1/2 hour. I have yet to try one and feel like it was a waste of time. As a bonus she's incredibly hot and her boyfriend/cameraman is a bit of a perv with the camera.:angel2: I have seen the P90x commercials and this is similar in concept.
