Once or twice (or sometimes three times) a year it's "go nuts" time which I did last weekend at the high-end outlets...all fun and games until they shut the debit card down....not because of lack of funds, but because of excessive activity. Never a good idea to go shopping after some beverages...
i dont know about st pattys day... but i know their mardi gras was sooooooo much fun when we went a few years back!

no, it costs US$40-50 to get into a club for all-u-can-drink. You can pay less (usually around $15-25) for admission-only, but then you need to pay for drinks as you go and that can be really difficult. No bartender in a club in Cancun wants to wait while you figure out how many pesos to pay and tip. With the all-u-can-drink option you get a wristband, and don't need to pay as you go. It makes it a lot easier to get drinks since the clubs are so packed. All you have to do is tip.
I've heard it's decent since most other places won't celebrate it. However, I personally hate the Mardi Gras parties at Pat O'Briens.
well worth the money to get open bar tiff.......and you generally have to tip with every drink. Girls likely not so much, but to make sure you are getting good service..........if I was you...find some guys to get your drinks hahahaha:headbanger:
