Again, I don't think Fletch closed the thread because he didn't agree with your lifestyle. The thread was open for a long time. Fletch even defended you when NickyD tried to make fun of you, even though you haven't been here long enough to notice. It wasn't until you made that last joke touting him that the thread got locked because it's troll like behavoir. There is no hypocracy here. If someone starts a troll account and start a thread for the purpose of touting a gay member, you can be sure the thread will be locked down immdiately as well. Fletch is a good guy, he really is. Anyone who knows him will tell you the same thing. I don't think you should be too hard on him. He was just doing his job.
I'm baffled that this has become as big of a deal as it has. Please leave the name calling to the children. I did not lock your post because of your sexual orientation, and I can care less about your post count. I locked it because your questions had been answered, if someone sees your post and wishes to talk to you more about it, they can always send a private message. To be fair I have never read a post where any hetero male has specifically gone looking for girls to hook up with or listed their stats. I think you will be surprised to find more gays and bi's in Cancun, I just dont think this is the place to go looking for hookups. Though I see your point of view, I understand the moderators have a job to do.
This will be my last post on the matter, because quite frankly I come on here to talk to my friends, not to cry over spilled milk. If you've taken a look past the first few pages you will find not only are there informative posts, but post that have substance and don't just talk about hooking up with people. As I've stated, we have a tight knit group here who have been friends for a long time and quite frankly we're allowed to joke like that with eachother. I've said this to many people from all walks of life, if you do not like what is being discussed, simply ignore it and move on to the next post. I defended you in your post, and you later on made a post referencing me, in which I felt was highly inappropriate coming from someone I was unfamiliar with. I would do the same for anyone. You do not get special treatment because you are a homosexual, nor do others get special treatment for being heterosexual. This is an open forum for anyone to talk about whatever they'd like to, but when I get complaints (from numerous posters) that they feel uncomfortable with a post, it is my job to handle the situation. On that note, I invite you to continue browsing the boards, post on topics you are familiar with or wish to become familiar with and drop this whole matter.
whatever you say fletch, i still think it shouldnt have been closed. and numerous posters complained to you? thats funny cause when i brought this up today numerous posters thought that my thread should have never been closed in the first place. anyway, id like to be put on the list for the cancuncare party.
