I already gave my opinion on another thread, so I won't double post. But your Hotel offers Laundry services, so why not take advantage of that instead of packing so much clothes that you probably won't wear. Why pay over $50 for over weight charges ontop of the $25-$30 you are already charged to check each your bags? And the price goes up for each bag. You could be talking atleast $100 in unnecessary charges.

ohh no i wont let it go over 50 lbs! lol. I just go by trial and error, packing and unpacking different items and leaving some at home. :D

The reason i posted this thread again is because it got carried away in the other forum and i wanted to get more answers :D

Thanks again for posting! I appreciate it! <3

Haha... I'd like to see what you would pack if you could go all out!! Maybe 200 lbs of luggage? Although I am trying to keep my bag under 30 lbs and it is looking near impossible... theres just no way to bring cute shoes and do that!!! I thought maybe "less" clothing haha but it all seems to weigh the same no matter how short the skirt.:aktion030:

hahah... actually my clothes never weigh more than 5-10 lbs by themselves. its my stupid toiletries bag!!! its like 15 lbs. i got my blow dryer, straightener, curling iron, triple barrel iron, mini shampoos/conditioners, baby powder, facewash, razor, shave cream and the works. all travel size of course! lol my shoes also probably put up about 5-10 lbs with the bag a few pounds itself. i have no clue how it ever weighs so much! i also pack things last minute, like frisbee, football, velco catch thingy.... fun beach games, etc.

at least im always prepared! haha but you are a very brave soul for trying to stay under 30!

Hah yea its the damn shoes that screw up my 30 lb plan. I have different sandals/heels for different outfits, and obviously it has to match... I am going to have to be very picky and narrow it down to 5 pairs or so. I am trying to avoid bringing the curling and straightening irons, and just get away with a blowdryer alone. I'm on vaca, my hair isnt number one priority cause I'll prob just throw it up each day or be too drunk to care lol. Man this packing thing is hard, good thing I am starting like a week ahead. Good thing bathing suits take up NO room whatsoever and you can wear them at least half the time down there!
