my pregame warmup sadly consists of working and being in the gym 5-6 times a week....my body will be all jacked up, my tolerance, not so much...its gonna be a sloppy one kids!!
always gotta change it up, keep the body guessing....we're going hard with the P90 ab workout....its insane!
My way to keep my body guessing is not do anything for 11 months then BAM, work out for a month before Cancun.
I've only heard good things about P90X. Never done it myself. But the diet is the biggest part of it. Boxing is my sport and the workouts we go through are pretty intense. I'm about 15lbs off my weight from a shoulder surgery I had recently. No excuse though, abs are made in the kitchen. I'm in no mood to ramp up training this close to vacation. lol
I'm super hyped right now lol! Just talked to the guys and we are throwing a Going Away To Cancun Spring Break Party next Saturday! Then the very next day we are headed out to Miami where we will party it up in South beach with the spring breakers that are down there for 1 night..Then monday morning at 10:45 we will be on the way to continue the party in Cancun!! Sounds like the ultimate party week!!!!!!!! HYPE HYPE HYPED LOL
