    If the official party is on the 11th then I dont see much point in arranging it like a day or two later as it will be mostly the same people.

    For the maximum number I think it would really be best if you aim for say 5 days ahead or so.

    A lot of people arrive on the 13th or 14th. Its seems like it is a whole different crowd! Except us haha

    Yeah, me and my 3 friends dont arrive til the 11th, and I don't think we would make the first one but the second one would be a different story!
