I'll be there for spring break!!!

Hi i'm Katie from UK, I have been to Cancun once before but not in Spring Break. I'll be there 22nd to 29th March, staying the first 2 nights in Dos Playas and then 5 nights in the Riu Cancun! Going with my best friend and we can't wait!!!

lol i know I have paid for dos playas for the whole week, but now we are going to move after the second night to riu cancun, haven't paid for the riu though so it's all good x

 

so you paid the whole week but aren't going to stay there? are they going to reimburse you for the nights you are not staying?

 

Yes booked a package, it was £480 for the week with hotel, flights and transfers and it was more than that just for the flights. I originally was going to stay in Dos Playas for the week, but i'm a travel agent and any RIU booking I make for customers I get points, which accumulate into free nights, so i'm using 5 free nights!

 

Where did you book that?!?!?! What a steal! What dates are you doing?

 

The 22nd to the 30th! Booked it with Thomas Cook last August x

Well it's over £700 quid each now for 1 week! We were just looking at a winter break like Egypt and I came accross it at work (im a travel agent)and was like do u fancy mexico and its spring break?!? Hell yeah! It's crap that we are only going for a week, but wud rather go to mexico for a week rather than egypt!
I've been to Cancun once in June 2008 and it was mint then, my friend who is coming with me hasn't been before though.

 

Yeah we paid £550 but we're not AI. What travel agent do you work for? Spring Break is the best experience in the world, you girls are gonna have an amazing time. I've heard Egypt's not all it's meant to be, apparently it's a horrible dry heat.
