Consent in UK is 16.... yuo guys are so backwards with it being 18 and 21 for drinking! But you can drive before us and don't have to have endless amounts of lessons and strict tests that cost you about $1250+ to pass!

 

in mexico you can get driver's permits since 15, a license at 18... just pay a small fee... around 40 usd for 3 years, no tests, no lessons... oh well... hahaha

 

In Mexico you can rent a car if you have enough money without putting a credit card down :|

 

Sam, you totally got this money talks thing down to a science, huh? That's one of the few areas in life I still have so much to learn from. I can afford the bribing but I just don't know how to negotiate and what I can get away with.

 

Haha, i only know because one of the guys last year i was chatting too wasted, apparently climbing up coconut tree's (I don't remember this, he just confronted me the day after) rolled up the front of the Oasis with a 4x4 and said he just gave them enough money so they didn't want a credit card, then sped off.
