Hey guys, I'm from Ireland but a few of my friends are in college in Atlanta for the year and are going to Cancun for spring break in March. I'm planning on going over for it but their getting the package with flights and a hotel (Oasis) and drink etc for $1000, just wondering does anyone know if I fly straight to Cancun could I just crash in their room or do you need wristbands to get onto the beach, clubs, etc?! My flights over will be costing over $1000 alone so it will be an expensive week if I'v to get the package as well!! Thanks for any help!

If they are staying at Oasis, you won't be able to stay in their room without a wristband.

What's included in the package? Just air and Oasis all inclusive?

girlie, you will end up spending more, the clubs are not free, so you would actually end up spending more... but you will certainly have a great time at the oasis

free food and drink is only at the hotel.

always account for the US$40 open bar at the clubs each night, and random taco and pizza expenses. Plus you must tip.

oh right, i was worried that i wouldnt be able get into the clubs and stuff if i didnt get the package, thout it might all be included! my friends were thinking about stayin in some other hotel instead, is there no way to get onto the oasis beach if your not staying there?? And is that the only good beach?

the beaches are open to the public. you just can't walk up the stairs and enter the Oasis grounds without a bracelet. But you can buy a day pass that allows you to party there during the day (food & drink included) if you are not staying there.

it's the best spot of beach for partying... but not the nicest beach.
