Yea, you're going to need ID to get into bars in the US.

 

You will absolutely need ID to get in anywhere in Chicago and Vegas.

 

why at phase 1?

 

phase 1 and phase 2 = mostly spring breakers

If u tip the front desk at arrival And ask them to be put into phase 1 will they do it?

 

They will probably do it quicker for a tip but not necessary. You can request phase I when you book, if you use a travel agent they can put it in the hotel notes. It's a high probability you will be placed in Phase I anyways. They usually assume the younger breakers 18-25 want to be there. You can always call as well and confirm your reservation and ask to be placed in Phase I
