Hi everyone, I am hoping someone out there can give some good advice on how to get the best deal at this resort. I know exactly what flight I want and it's a WestJet flight but they aren't connected with this hotel so when I combine the 2 on Expedia I actually get a higher rate than if I booked from Temptations website and WestJet's website. Are there any tricks to getting the 2 combined as a package? From Victoria to Cancun for a week is $2500 but I can stay at 5 star hotels for $2000. Any tips would be appreciated. The Westjet flight is the only one that will be decent in this situation.
    Cheers!

We also found skoosh to be the cheapest and for your situation it sounds like a match.

Typically packages are cheaper (for us from philadelphia expedia had the cheapest package and I compared every possible site immaginable) but the skoosh hotel alone price was so good we booked the hotel through them and then booked our air directly through the airline with the exact flights of our choice.

Links are on these pages, it brings up Kayak which then brings up skoosh.

thanks for the Scoosh site guys. You aren't kidding, it's way cheaper for the hotel. I even called my travel agent and they couldn't come close on any of their connections. It's almost suspiciously low. Does it include everything? Will I be missing something from scoosh that i would get for paying a few hundred more somewhere else? It said breakfast not included on scoosh. I assume thats a mistake???

I was suspicious also. We have never used them. When you do a google search on them you get some interesting reviews but I really think that issues happen with any travel company and when someone messes up your vacation you are definitely going to do everything you can to let everyone know about it.

We decided to go with skoosh after I posted the same questions you have on this board and got some good feedback from people who have used them. here is the thread...

And regarding their website, yes they have a couple issues, the breakfast one and when you get your voucher it will say the all inclusive starts a day after you arrive. I contacted them and got the response that it is a computer issue and they sent me an updated voucher.

Here is the thread that explains the details on their issues...
