Yeah, I wish Newark were a little closer for me - have to drive down there tomorrow to catch my flight to Munich. But, you can't beat the directs from EWR to MUC on Lufthansa! But, the parking at that airport is not fun...
Parking at ATL airport is horrible... and is really expensive! Usually end up doing the park and ride which believe it or not is cheaper, just takes longer!!
Yeah...I need to figure out the best plan at Newark. Will be traveling in Munich - return flight is tentatively booked February 12, although that could change. It's a long time at the ridiculous prices there, even though it's company paid. Might park at the corporate location (free) just south of Newark in Iselin/Woodbridge, NJ and take a cab for $50ish each way...
My better status is on United/Star Alliance, and would be a high possibility of an upgrade - but I'll take the nonstop on Delta over taking a chance...
