quick question, about the clubs. whats sorta tho go with getting in dress standards wise? i mean here in australia and im sure in america there would be specific standards for clubs like jeans and dress shoes and things like that.. same sorta apply in cancun for spring break, or can ya go to a club in shorts and singlet sort of thing? Im guess ya obviously gotta have jeans and shoes.. ?? May sound like an amatuer question but when I have travelled to places like thailand you can go into clubs in anything you damn well please... and its so damn hot u dont wanna wear anything but shorts and a singlet haha.. Also me and my 2 mates are getting some kind of Party pack things aswell with the entry to clubs and that.. are these a worthwhile thing to get? does it cost a fair bit to get into the clubs? cheers
Well there really isnt a dress code, but if i am wrong someone correct me! But for males, they are usually wearing jeans or dress pants. Dont see many people wearing shorts. The cost to get in to a club ranges any where from $25.00-$65.00 USD depending on what one you go to, but that is most the time OPEN BAR!
i wore jeans out most of the time, and to be honest i didnt think it was that hot in the clubs! seen a few people wearing shorts last year but i suppose as long as ur comfortable and ur looking slick all is good
i think there is absolutely no dress code for the clubs in cancun... at all... ive seen guys in shorts and flip flops, well dressed, bad dressed lol its practically how you feel more comfortable, jeans are not really an option since its sooooo damn hot in there... most bars are around 20 usd for open bar and the clubs go from 40-80 usd depending on the club and the performer...
Definitely agreed...although I would recommend against the flip flops...I've seen some nasty, bloody toes/feet from broken glass in the clubs!
I agree about no flip flops your feet will get stepped on and all jacked up! Now where some nice shoes but not white ones... most likely black because the white shoes you can see all the marks where people step on your feet. But doesnt happen all the time..
cool, this was basically what I was thinking it would be like. I mean im not talking dressing scabby. but a nice pair of shorts or something. Just clubs over here there aint no wearing shorts into clubs you gotta have jeans or dress pants sorta thing.. So thought Id clear that one up!! Cheers people
