Nobody really plans on breaking the law or getting into some trouble, but things happen, especially when your drinking. Be careful, allot of young people get comfortable in Cancun and forget they are in a third world country, you really don't want to get locked up on vacation.
really, what does this have to do with anything? if u get too comfortable in the States you would get arrested too... wouldnt you? just wondering...
I'm assuming he or she is just speaking to the fact that when people are on vacation (anywhere) they seem to be a little more carefree then when at home out having a good time. Which sometimes will lead to poor judgement. To OP..........have a good time and don't act like an idiot. Everyone in your party will be fine. Look for trouble and it will find you like anywhere.
