We booked directly for a stay at Desire Pearl. It was for room + flight for July 2025. Unfortunately, we had to cancel as something else came up. We received the refund for the room, but the flight was non-refundable (we were aware of that) but they would issue us a flight credit.

The "they" is ReservHotel. When you book directly through Desire (or directly through Temptation) and choose "room and flight", it automatically redirects you to the ReservHotel website. I have...
